All items are 100% genuine, sourced from official suppliers and trusted distributors.

  • Blind Box Specifications

Blind boxes are sold in two formats:

    • Sealed (blind box): original packaging is unopened. The contents remain a surprise until opened.
    • unsealed (opened): packaging has been opened to reveal the figure inside, but the item is brand new and unused.
  • Condition of Unsealed Items

Although unsealed items have opened packaging, they are guaranteed to be new, untouched, and in mint condition.

  • Quality Disclaimer

Sonny Angel, Popmart toys, and similar blind box figures are mass-produced factory items, not handmade collectibles.

Minor imperfections are common and do not qualify as defects, including:

    • Small black dots or bubbles
    • Paint smudges, overflow, or fading
    • Mold lines, surface marks, or color inconsistencies
  • Quality Sensitivity Notice:

If you have strict expectations for flawless product condition, we strongly recommend not purchasing blind box items.

As resellers, we cannot inspect or guarantee the condition of items inside sealed boxes.
